We currently ship across India.
For international deliveries, kindly email us at info@ajantaquartz.com to confirm availability before placing an order.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary based on location:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days
    • Rural/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal fee is applied at checkout based on weight and location
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown before payment

 

5. Shipment Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. Track your order anytime via our delivery partner’s website using the provided link.

 

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
In case of lost shipments, we’ll coordinate with the courier service and initiate a replacement or refund based on investigation.
